Lincoln’s virtual event will deliver a highly interactive experience for prospective students.

Have you ever wondered what it means to be part of Lincoln University's rich legacy? Have you imagined what it would be like to follow the footsteps of great HBCU alumni like Thurgood Marshall and Langston Hughes? Have you considered the many benefits of attending a liberal arts institution? Well…we have the answers for you!

We’d love you to join the Lion family to experience the uniqueness of our community through a virtual exploration of our offerings. This immersive prospective student event allows you to access our campus from the convenience and comfort of your device.

Lincoln is a premier institution of higher education that would position you for future success in your chosen career path. At this event, you, and your support system— which may include your parents, guardians, or guidance counselor —can witness why being the Nation’s first really matters.

Welcome to the pride: Opening Session

I'm assuming you're here to learn more about Lincoln and what the Lion's den has to offer. No matter if you're a High School student or a college student looking to transfer. Welcome to Lincoln University. Where history is created, where strangers become family, where academia and student experience intersect, but more importantly a place you will hopefully call home. Get the opportunity to hear about academics, current students, and Lincoln staff members experience

Secure the Bag: Financial Aid

Figuring out how you will afford your college education is an important step when picking which school is best for you. Join the financial aid team by exploring what options Lincoln has available to make college affordable for you. From FAFSA to our scholarship opportunities, we've got you covered!

Academic Fair

Declared or undeclared, either way, it's ok. Visit our many virtual booths to explore our 30+ majors and minors ranging from Psychology, Biology, Mass communications, Criminal Justice, Nursing, and more. Speak with our experience faculty members from the natural sciences, humanities, and arts to discuss what we have to academically offer you.

Over 10+ Division II sports, do you have what it takes to be a Lion? From practice to the classroom and being involved on campus. Get the inside scoop on the life of an athlete at Lincoln. Connect with Staff members and current athletes at Lincoln to see what their experience is like in the Lion's Den.

Frequently Asked Questions

All high school students, transfers students, parents/guardians and guidance counselors are welcome to attend Open House.
Yes. You will need to register to attend this online event. Simply follow the link at the top of the page and submit your information. You will then receive an email confirming your registration.
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet as well as mobile device, computer or tablet.
During Open House, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Hear from admissions representatives and get valuable information for preparing your application
  • Listen to and engage in a live panel with a representative from each of our academic colleges
  • Meet with a financial aid representative to discuss affordability at Lincoln University
  • Chat with current students and staff about campus and academic life
  • Opportunities to chat with your future classmates
  • Virtual games and giveaways for attendees
Yes. Like any physical event, we will have a swag bag for you! You can add all of the documents available to the online swag bag in your account and then email them to yourself or share items with your family and friends by simply entering their email.
Yes. You will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with an admissions counselor to review your application. You can upload your supplemental documents (transcript, test scores, etc.) with your registration form.
Your login details will be emailed to you ahead of the event. You will use these details to access the online event.
Yes. If you need an excuse notice or confirmation of your attendance for school or work, please send email to liontours@lincoln.edu. Please allow 48-72 hours for confirmation of your participation in the event.
Yes. The event content will remain open 24/7 for 30 days following the live launch. Therefore, you can access the content on-demand whenever it’s convenient for you during this period of time. However, you will not be able to “live chat” with University representatives.
No. Only one device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone) will be allowed to enter the virtual event using the registration credentials. If your friends or family members are interested in participating, you can direct them to register.
The health and safety of the Lincoln University community and guests is our highest priority. Due to concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have shifted Open House to a virtual event.
